Soak and Serve Chop. Christine’s Chop Shop, Soak a little in a equal parts in hot water for 3 to 4 minutes the veggies absorb the water no need to cook or heat. Just Soak and Serve. Christine’ chop shop makes it easy to feed veggies.
Our base mix consists of broccoli, green beans, red bell peppers, carrots, sweet potatoes, butternut squash, green bell pepper, celery, savoy cabbage, zucchini, corn, peas and cauliflower. We will then add veggies as they become available. Our chop is freeze dried making it shelf stable and can be prepared in single servings for less waste.
I add it to my Bird Street Bistro in the morning.
