Been able to customize cages and play areas to each bird’s needs do everyone is comfortable and safe. I have ordered perches, dining tables, sheets, pillow tops, bolsters, and ramps. It never would have occurred to me to look for most of these things for a bird cage, but they truly make a difference In my birds’ comfort and mobility.

The coating and sheets for the perches save me so much cage cleaning time. I never worry that anything they send me will be contaminated or contain materials that will harm my birds. I cannot say enough good things about their products and wonderful customer service.

I also recently tried their seed misx which my parrots love and I can feel confident that I know what I’m feeding them.

Recently my avian vet told me that Molly, a 20 yr old cockatiel, was losing weight which made me realize that she had to be in pain when feeding from her food cups the typical way. Molly is a rescue from the Greater Chgo Caged Bird Society who said they didn’t know how one of her legs was fractured, but she had 4 other homes before mine. Then my vet asserted that there is no way her broken leg with built up arthritis can be mended. In the nick of time, Flat Perch to the rescue!!! Bought the 2-cup Dining Table for Molly who “bellied up to the bar” without any hesitation! Thank you, Jodi & Daniel! P.S. Molly also has a Flat Perch bed as does my 30 yr old ‘tiel named Duncan.

Our 28yr old, African Grey Congo (Frankie) was diagnosed with Arthritis. It breaks my heart to see him trying to perch. He has started on an anti inflammatory prescription. I pray this will give him some relief. After extensive research, I found FLat Perch. What a wonderful concept to give our birds relief from perching on an ordinary perch. I ordered the large, half moon, size for the outside of his cage. We are in the process of introducing it to him. Bird owners know how difficult this can be. The craftsmanship of the flat perch is very impressive. I’m hoping he will accept this as a place to rest during the day. I also ordered (separate order) Christines’s dehydrated, vegetable Chop Mix. This company is amazing as to how many products they have to offer. So glad I found them. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you Daniel and Jodi.

I have an older Macaw who recently started to fall off her perch while sleeping. I called flatperch and had the pleasure of speaking with Jodi. She was a very nice women who listened to my story and concerns. I needed a certain size flat perch. She took my measurements, special request and in less then two weeks it was delivered exactly as we discussed. I can’t say how thankful I am with flatperch.com. I have an extremely senior Grey who has mobility issues due to arthritis in her hips and ankles. In the past, I have had a corner perch for her that was made of powder-coat metal where she spent most of her time, but a near-disaster happened a week or so ago with that perch. Even though the perch was covered with a safe fabric, she managed to get her foot caught in the bars of it. Thankfully, she was calm and patient while I got her out.

I ordered a FlatPerch and a set of five sheets and I couldn’t be more happy with them. There is a level of quality and attebtio

to detail that go into all. Scarlett is now safe and comfortable (and making quite a fashion statement with her pretty sheets).

As for the customer service? 10 stars from me. I spoke with Jodi on the phone, she was pleasant and compassionate, and because I had an urgent need for the perch and sheets, she made sure that I got them quickly.

I will be coming back to buy more perches so that even my less senior Greys have another option for perching and, of course, I will be ordering more sheets.
